Maddie is six years old!

I cannot believe my sweet little Maddie is six years old today. Granna made her day extra special by bringing her a cookie cake from the mall. She also ordered pizza and invited over Mimi, Grandaddy, Andrea, Abbie, and Cari for lunch. It was a great suprise for Maddie. We will celebrate her birthday party this weekend, I 'll have a post about that all in itself!

Madison is growing into such a sweet little young lady.

Here are a few of the things I love most about my Maddie Bug:

* I love her laugh when she gets really tickled.

* I love the way she shares little pearls of wisdom with me throughout the week.

* I love her heart for prayer.

* I love the way she mothers Caden and Kinley.

* I love to hear her sing praises to God while she is outside swinging.
* I love the fact she likes to snuggle with me in the mornings.
* I love her competitive spirit and her drive to succeed.

* I love her understanding of the importance of family.
* I love her forgiving spirit.
* I love her performances. (Singing, dances, piano performances, cartwheels, and cheers)
* I love her little ingenuous ideas to make things run more smoothly.
* I love how she remembers all the details of a story.
* I love her artwork.

* I love her sense of discernment always wanting to do the right thing.

I could name a thousand more things I love about this girl. My love and respect grows for her more and more each year. Just when I think I could not love her anymore than I already do, she stretches my heart in a new capacity! She is so precious to me.
